...any frustration you have is simply the result of wrong thinking

Today I woke up feeling shit, I went out feeling shit and then I came home feeling shit. I think the whole being busy thing had just caught up with me. My body and mind were both telling me to stop, some kind of overload maybe.
Anyway, I decided to collapse on my bed and I then fell asleep. I woke up, had a shower, ate an amazing meal and presto I was magically healed.
Sometimes I think we get too caught up in living and doing everything that we forget about relaxing and doing nothing. I even feel bad sitting down watching TV because I have this constant list of things that need to be done, and people that I need to see but if I'm feeling below average how in the hell will any of these things happen? From now on I won't be feeling guilty about having time to myself because I hate feeling mentally or physically sick because when I feel this way it's impossible to achieve anything.

  1. yes you definitely need time to yourself! i had a day to myself today, where i got to relax and do everything at my own pace and just do whatever i want! i think theres like one day a week where you should do that. or at least set aside some time. the most important person is you! :)
